has anyone try this reel yet i heard it could do 30lbs of drag could this reel be ok in guadolope and how would you rig it thnks.

its one of a kind, im my opinion.

plenty of drags, supurb freespool. i bring mines with me all the time on longranges, its great for jig fishing. i put 30 or 40 mono .

I own one. I can't imagine my aresenal with out one. This thing is multi purpose. I use as a trolling reel/jigging reel. Plenty of freespool for jigging. Drags in the upper 20's close to 30 range. Solid construction. A little heavy for me at 28 ounces but I will get used to it. I have 40 straight mono on it.
