Does anyone know where I can order some small squid jigs (not the inline ganion style)? The 3 1/2" Yo Zuri Glow has been my go to jig until this year . I had two cloth covered jigs with only one row of pins around 2 1/2" that were the ticket this season but I lost them both and can't find out who makes them .They looked like Yo Zuri knock offs but caught the hell out of the squid on 4 lb. test and my ultralite off the Canyons .I think that it's the size . Can anyone help me out ?
SCA , the Izors don't seem to work well out here and The Charkster sold me some jigs a while back . I still have one left in 3 1/2" . the eyes are missing and it only has part of one feather left . Yo Zuri 3 1/2' was the ticket . I just need some thing smaller . Thanks for trying to help out .
I'll keep looking. We've got the big one's covered, but the small shrimp imitation is what I think you're talking about. The standard jigs are good for the horney squirts, while the shrimp style attracts the hungry squids. Yozuri makes a cloth covered one, but we've also got the hard bodies. Their smallest might be the ticket. These have been much more popular on the East, while the other style is more commonly used on the West Coast.
