For those who haven't had a chance to check out the Accurate website, they have a handy line calculator tool.

It really helps if you need to know how much Spectra your reel can take, if all you have is the mono line capacity. It's also good for checking capacity, if you are thinking of changing to a heavier or lighter line of any type.

I used the calculator to do some calculations and I am not sure I did it right as the results seem to high. Did I do it right?

Accurate 870: 741 yrds of 50lb spectra
Accurate 665: 882yrds of 50lb spectra
Avet LX: 864yrds of 50lb Spectra

I did the same for a few of my smaller reels.. ABU 6500,5500. It seems to be correct. Thanks for that info.
