Are these squids hollow body and what is the normal way of rigging?

I assume that they are putiing them on their fishing poles with hooks? Does that help? Just like a real live squid, and they are kinda hollow but not . I've never seen pink squid but I think that fish aren't that smart.

They are good for tipping a jig or using with a leadhead jig hook. Good for rockfish, lingcod, halibut, calicos etc. You would not fish it flylined like a live squirt.
