if your next reel was going to be a hooX and loaded with 80 lb braid with 60 mono on top , which rod would you choose for it. Seeker being the choice.

Primary type of fishing would probably be bottom and yo-yo. with the focus trying to keep from being rocked.

Also can that reel handle 80lb? i know the drag says up to 28 at full.Just wondered if anyone is using them as a 80lb reel and if they were satisfied.

My HX is usualy on a Seeker 6465XH.
The HX can do 80lb but it's pushing it, I feel it's a solid 60lb class reel.
