What would be the best method(s) of making connection between 135 spectra backing and 80 to 100# mono top shot? Thanks

If the spectra is solid, use a bimini in the spectra and then tie an albright to the mono. Another option is to tie a bimini in the spectra and then use loop to loop with a wind one leader.

if your going to use a bimini on your spectra, i think a reverse albright would be better.
