Just picked up a Diawa Saltiga 30 any sugestions for a good rod?

What pound test line are you puting on the Saltiga and do you like glass rods or glass/graphite composits?

By the way thats a great reel.

im thinking 30 lbs and i prefer glass

I'm a Calstar guy and in glass I like the 970, if you like a softer tip took at the 870. If you can come by the store and pull on a few models and see what feels best for you

Not too sure about a rod, but you did pick up a most excellent reel! We love our Saltiga 50's.

Do what SoCal suggests, just can't go wrong with a Calstar 870 or 970!
