What are the best knots for flourocarbon to spectra connections? I am familiar with the back to back uni but im not sure if it the best choice.

that the connection is SPECTRA to Fluor. NOT
Fluoro to mono. My Bad !!

The gold standard is loop to loop (L2L).
Fastest is the RP knot.
Close second is Bob Sands knot.
