My Newell arrived back in my possesion today after being completely rebuilt by John at Charkbait. The very same reel that I fried to a crisp, is now, back to casting a " Country Mile " and is actually smoother casting and winding than when I bought it new from Chark. I will always be indebted to you all. Once again....thank you all for your wonderful customer service. Your CONSTANTLY keeping me informed here in Missouri, and your follow up and follow through.
