Just curious if our friends to the south of us will open up the waters at Guadalupe Island this year for fishing....I haven't read or heard anything about the status of this area....I was there a couple of years ago and it was great fishing even with the "taxman" being there (speaking of the great white sharks)...I hope the Mexican Govt. will ease up on their restrictions.....See Ya on the BIG WATER!!!!!

I'm not sure how the boats are handling this one for 2013, if there's still a restriction to stop by Ensenada or not. Anyone else have info?
