The Barracuda are still in the area, the Sand and Calico Bass have started a good bite and the water temp is only a degree or two away from turning on full blast. We are still putting some quality Rockfish on board and have put a couple Halibut and Ling Cod on the deck the past few days.

The Thunderbird has been fishing Catalina, San Clemente, and Santa Barbara Islands where they have been catching White Sea Bass on nearly every trip and even catching limits a couple trips ago. They are also hooking into a few Halibut and catching some good sized Calico Bass as well. Captain Jeff and the boys are having fun and waiting for the Yellowtail to show up, hopefully any day now.

The Western Pride will be running a Shark Fishing trip Thursday June 23rd, 2011
