The Bluefin are starting to show.

The "Success" out of Point Loma boated 19 BF, the "Producer" from H&M had 5 BF and the "Apollo" took another 16 BF. I understand a few Albies were taken to.

Has anyone heard whats being used to catch these guys?

The Ablies were troll fish only and the bluefin were spoted on the surface and ate the bait.

thats good news. i am leaving on a 5 day with the shogun on friday. i hope more of them come around.

just read a report from sportfishingreport.com, the apollo got 4 albacore and 9 bluefin. the pegasus also got 9 bluefin. theyre moving in. hopefully we can find that temperature break and catch some.

I'm really more interested in the BF than the Albies. Don't get me wrong, I love to fight both of em'. But, a bluefin on the troll is rare isn't it?

yep your right its rare to hook up bluefins on troll, but you can get them on iron and plastics.
