Mario, owner of Mario's Fish Processing passed away (Sportsmen's Seafood). Mario has been serving the sportfishing community for a long time. Mario personally met most of the long range boats returning from their memorable trips. Year after year, greeting the same guys, well, Mario made a lot of friends out there. He pretty much "invented" tuna jerky (at least in my mind/mouth), and we all will always remember his smiling face, working at his table greeting anglers and filling out the forms for fish processing. Even when times weren't so good, Mario was always a pleasant guy, positive and cheerful. He's has a wonderful family, a very proud father with good reason to be proud. In all, Mario was "good people" with great character. Mario provided a great service to anglers, but much more than that he was a good father & friend. He will be missed by many.
