hey guys!! can you give me some suggestions for eating/cooking wahoo for the first time

Don't know how you feel about Japenese food but WAHOO is some of the best tasting SUSHI there is. Nice thinly cut pieces with white rice and a little soy-sauce and wasabe,ummmmmmmm!

There is no better tasting salt-water fish than Wahoo.

Many choice and always cook lightly unless putting into a dish like encahlatta and beans.

Use pure vegetable oil, very hot...drop in filets turn and enjoy with a beverage of choice.

Throw it on the Barbeque--You will not be disappointed. Awesome stuff.
