This is a "shout out" to the CharkBait crew at the Fred Hall Show...Thanks again for the outstanding customer service I received from you all. There were many vendors at the show to purchase "more fishing gear," from, but some of them the customer service was lacking...You all took the time to explain all the aspects on what reel and rod combos would go together, type of fishing line, pros and cons on various brands and makes. Once again, I felt "no pressure" to buy items from your booth. A big "shout out" goes to "Mike" the manager of the San Diego store. He answered all of my questions as usual ,and he hooked me up big time!!!!...I just want to let you know that I appreciate what you all did for me.....Thanks again Mark for the the little gesture you did regarding the two Okuma Makaira SE reels I purchased.......Mike, I will stop by the store in July 2013 prior to my fishing trip...SE YA ON THE BLUE WATER.....!!!!!
