Hi chark,

I'm from singapore and considering ordering an accurate dpx2 500n red from you(love the red). However, i do have some queries and i cant seem to get the emails from your contact page so I thought this might be another place to contact you.

Btw my queries are as follows:
Do you have stock currently for the fore-mentioned reel?
Do you ship to singapore if so whats the shipping cost?
Can you understate the value of the shipment to avoid my country's tax?

Saw your email this morning which was sent at 12:43 AM our time, and I sent back a reply first thing this morning. I'll repost that note here just in case there's a problem with email to you.

Yes, we do have the reels in stock. We do ship to Singapore, and actually had one of our clients from there here at our shop yesterday! As to the understated value, not a great idea, then the insured value of the shipment will also be lower since we can not over-insure a package.

As our site states, while we have a "flat" fee schedule for shipping and domesting orders over $100 are shipped free, international orders carry added costs. We do no billing on-line. Place your order on-line, then staff here will work up a final invoice for you reflecting your actual shipping charges with insurance and tracking service. With your approval we bill and then ship. Without your approval we do not bill you.

Have not received your email so great that u posted here as well, thanks for your prompt reply!

I understand about understating of the shipment value will affect insurance claims if anything went wrong along the way, guess I have to absorb that tax oh well.

Okay so basically I have to place an order on the shopping cart, fill up all the credit info and wait for your staff to email me the invoice with shipping cost,etc. and unless I am reply in agreement to your final invoice, I will not be billed and no shipment is made. I think that sounds good!

Btw id probably be placing the order after christmas, as I understand your will be unavailable and so will I haha.

One last qn, does the warranty goes out of the USA and if so for how long?
