I just bought a turkey injector at walmart for $3. In texas its not uncommon to catch a red that has 2-3 puncture marks behind its fin. I believe they must be between 20-30 inches to keep.
I hope it works as going on 2-3 day trips out here in socal and not bottom fishing is really making me antsy, but I just can't abide those floaters. And i'm tired of getting shit about using a #12 hook <g>
