Got the latest issue of Sport Fishing magazine today, and a very interesting article was in it. On December 7, 2006 25 miles off the coast of Panama a boat out of the Tropic Star lodge carried a camera man to a floating log. While filming the sea life congregated at the log, a 480lb Blue Marlin become aggressive with him. The man felt his safety was endanger and shot the Marlin. He got it all on video, and became the new record holder for largest Blue Marlin shot by a spearfisherman unaided. For the whole story and video
