Well, Beth is goofing off so I figure it's time to hit her so she can't hit me back.

I made a complicated special order a week or so ago and after several calls Beth finally got me to tell her what I was looking for, it was promptly ordered and shipped, CharkBait can't help it if UPS uses Amtrak to ship to Oregon and 3 day really is 6 day to them. Oh well, if I needed this stuff soon I would have ordered it several weeks earlier.
Now back to Beth Bashing
When I looked over my invoice I noticed that my "Captains Card" discount wasn't applied to this larger than average order. A quick call to CharkBait let me know Beth was hiding but Mark is taking up the slack for her. Two nano seconds after Mark herd about the mistake he had it fixed and I made another order to eliminate the positive balance in my account...and a few other items I felt I had to have.

Again I'll have to say, THANK YOU CHARKBAIT AND CREW! You are what good customer service is about.

D'oh yea, I forgot I respooled two of my 30's last year and ordered an extra 1500yds of 80lb hollow Spectra, I guess I'll be popular when I start spooling my friends reels for free.
