We just got back from our 4 day'r on the Rooster. Nice trip, great conditions, always a great boat and crew, the food was the best that I've had on that boat since Jorge passed away. Very good cooking! As to the fishing, well we got close to Guadalupe, did some offshore stuff around their our first day, but did not hit the island. It was being hounded pretty hard by whitey and our group of fishermen probably would have faced much adversity. Most likely a half dozen guys would have been happy landing a fish, but the majority would have been frustrated to no end. So, Andy made the run all the way down to San Pablo Bay! 400 miles!!! The second day we loaded up on the YT with over 400 caught. Our final numbers were 57 yellowfin, 79 dorado and 417 yellowtail, and some of the better kind too at Cedros.
Jackpot winners George Kosmos, Joe Flewelling, and Gabriel Lopez. (sorry, I know I'm hammering the spelling on the names...)
Mark - p.s. if you can, jump on our 10 day...fast!This message has been edited. Last edited by: Chark,
