We are all waiting for the spring thaw and the ice breakup in the bay.

Rumor has it that our local Coast Guard folks are the front runners for next years Iditarod as they have resorted to patroling the bay via dogsled here lately and have had lots of practice.

It's been darned cold here.

lol Sled dogs huh? Man sometimes I am actually glad to be in Arizona. Then I remember its a 6 hour drive to the beach, and I shed a tear and say someday I will live by the ocean.

Quit whining, at least this is unusual weather for you. Up here it's just another winter day in frozen hell. We've had single digit temp for several days now.

I am headed up there the first part of Feb to try the Steelhead in the South Fork. Any good reports besides needing rain. Heard the Sfork is clear. Hope we aren't throwing SuperDupers at Cock Robin Island.
