ive done a bit o research, and theres some major contraversy over this fish. just look it up on google. theres some close up pics of it that sure dont make it look very freshly caught, if you know what i mean.

Dude , The Chick that caught it's (???) husband runs a dragger . It may have been caught in the trawl and handed off to her boat from the dragger .

i think that Fluke looks like a Halibut.
