Walt , I just hope that it helps . I lived in San Diego and keep close tabs on both coasts . This site is a great learning tool . West Coast tactics work out here and actually got me my site on the Gambler. It seems that a lot of stuff starts out west and end's up out here . But the old school fingertrap dacron/mono slide up the center started out here with the Giant fishermen .There's plenty to learn out here . We help each other out and only good comes from it . I never saw hammered diamonds before I got out here and most of the captains I know haden't seen Salas/Tady/Sumo/Ironman jigs in use before I got here . We destroy the Stripers on West Coast Iron .
